ICC-ES Hires Gould as VP of
External Relations and Client Services

     The ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) has hired Bill Gould as Vice President of External Relations and Client Services. Gould’s primary focus will be managing the organization’s relationships with industry partners and major clients. As a part of his responsibilities, Gould will also be involved in strategic technical activities.
 
     For the past 17 years, he was the Director of Technical Business Development at Hilti, Inc. He led the Hilti North America Technical Services Group, responsible for engineering managers, engineers and technicians, technical support and product evaluation activities for the fastening system business unit.
 
     Gould is a licensed engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master's in civil engineering from the University of Colorado.
 
      "Bill will strengthen our internal capabilities and help further enhance our current service offerings to better serve our manufacturers and clients," said Shahin Moinian, P.E. ICC-ES President. "We are excited about this addition to our team."
