On Oct. 1, the Code Council will conduct a live demonstration of cdpACCESS during the Education program of the 2013 Annual Conference in Atlantic City, N.J.

The session will address the future of ICC's code development process and technology that will drive codes and standards delivery. cdpACCESS is an initiative to enable widespread participation while maintaining the high level of integrity that is valued in ICC's code development process. The Code Council is already leveraging technology to deliver codes and standards via mobile technology such as iPads and tablets. The demonstration will detail what the new cdpACCESS process will be, including how to propose code changes, collaborate, vote, and be able to access the codes and standards.

The Code Council plans to launch cdpACCESS on Nov. 15. Review how cdpACCESS will expand participation in ICC's code development process.
