Code Council Presents at Buildings NY Show
Dorothy Harris, Vice President of State and Local Government Relations for the International Code Council, along with Benjamin Jones, PMP, Assistant Commissioner of Strategic Planning and Implementation for the New York City Department of Buildings (pictured left), co-presented "ICC and NYC Construction Codes Overview" on June 16 during the Buildings NY Show at the Javits Center in New York City. The show focused on green building and addressed the tremendous interest in the new New York City Construction Codes, the ICC-700 [2008 National Green Building Standard] and the upcoming International Green Construction Code.
