New Mexico Conference of Building Officials Holds Annual Training Conference

The New Mexico Conference of Building Officials ICC Chapter held its annual training conference August 19-20 in Rio Rancho. The Code Council's Terrell Stripling instructed seminar participants on the 2009 International Residential Code and International Building Code Significant Changes. The two-day conference was attended by about 90 chapter members, including several representing contractors and the trades. Also participating as chapter members were personnel from the New Mexico Construction Industries Division and Sandia National Laboratories. The Northern New Mexico Public Safety Officials Association ICC Chapter supported the conference as well with eight of their members in attendance.
