New Mexico Spring Training Conference Held in Ruidoso

The New Mexico Spring Training Conference, held April 5-7 in Ruidoso, was jointly sponsored by the New Mexico Fire Marshals Association and the Southern New Mexico Building Officials Association Chapters of the International Code Council. All of the New Mexico ICC chapters (four in all) were represented at this conference. The New Mexico Fire Marshals Association ICC Chapter held its Annual Business Meeting April 6, which included the elections of chapter leadership for 2009. A conference luncheon was held on April 7, and featured Code Council Board President Adolf Zubia as the main speaker. Zubia also conducted the installation ceremony for the chapter.
