Code Council CEO Rick Weiland (right) recently honored New York City Council Member Erik Martin Dilan for his work to adopt the NYC Construction Codes, which are based on ICC's International Codes. Dilan serves as chairman of New York City's Housing and Buildings Committee, which successfully passed the legislation to adopt the new codes.
