As this edition of ICC eNews is posted, the newly formed Swimming Pool Code Drafting Committee (SPCDC) will be holding its first drafting meeting for the International Swimming Pool Code (ISPC). The meeting is being held October 13-14, click here for the meeting notice and agenda. There will be a total of three drafting meetings, schedule as follows:

• October 13–14, 2010; Chicago O'Hare hotel property
• November 30–December 1; Chicago O'Hare hotel property
• January 11–12, 2011; Location to be determined

Following the drafting process, the final draft will be considered in a full cycle of ICC Code Development, starting with a code change deadline of March 1, 2011. For more information, be sure to visit the ISPC website.
