Code of Honor Scholarship Program
The ICC Foundation (ICCF) team is now at work on the 2011 Code of Honor Scholarship program to support travel expenses for qualified members to participate in Final Action Hearings later this year in Phoenix, and they need your input today. If you are aware of a chapter or jurisdiction that plans to provide matching dollars to the program this year, please urge them to contact the Foundation Team at (888) 422-7233, ext. 4223 right away. The Foundation Team will be making necessary additions to the database and program for Code of Honor selection in order to maximize the matching dollars, but needs advance notice to ensure all dollars are allocated.

The ICCF 2010 Code of Honor Scholarship Program met with tremendous success in its first year as it fulfilled an urgent need in the greater code development community—supporting a wide range of participation in model code development. More than 50 chapters, jurisdictions and/or organizations supported the program with either direct donations or matching funds, and the scholarships made it possible for 68 additional ICC members to participate in Final Action in Dallas and/or Charlotte.

Please help spread the word to ensure that every dollar is used to help qualified members participate in critical Final Action Hearings. Together, we can make 2011's program even stronger.
