North Texas Chapter Holds Annual Banquet; Installs Officers

The North Texas Chapter held its Annual Banquet on January 29 in Plano, Texas. Robert Chatham, President of the North Texas Chapter, presented International Code Council Board President Jimmy Brothers with an official Texas Cowboy hat at the meeting. President Brothers installed the new officers for the year with the oath of office.

CalBIG Is Newest ICC Chapter in California

The California Building Inspection Group (CalBIG) is the most recent International Code Council Chapter in California. On February 9, Code Council Board member John LaTorra and Kevin Scott attended the CalBIG meeting and officially presented the CalBIG Chapter with its Chapter plaque and banner. LaTorra (left) performed the official swearing in of the officers. The new officers are Michael Gorman (second from left), President; Michael Dillon (center), Vice President; Claire Hansen (second from right), Treasurer; Jeff Frishof (right), Secretary; and Farris Hix, Immediate Past President.
