The Brea Community Development Department participated in this year's Building Safety Month with a Building & Safety Booth that included free giveaways for kids and parents. Informational handouts were available on building permits, how to pick a contractor, how to save energy, and informational construction banners that helped answerer typical construction problems. The most popular give-aways were the hard hats for children and free hand sanitizers. The Brea community enjoyed learning about Building Safety Month.
