| Be Sure You Know the ICC Code Development Process Deadlines ICC requires that Primary Representatives must complete an online questionnaire by Sept. 1 for Governmental Member Voting Representatives (GMVR) to be to be eligible to vote at this year's Annual Business Meeting, Public Comment Hearing and Online Governmental Consensus Vote. If a GMVR was properly validated for the 2014 Online Assembly Floor Motion, the Primary Representative does not need to re-validate the GMVR for this Annual Business Meeting, Public Comment Hearing and Online Governmental Consensus Vote, unless there are updates or changes to be made. | Fourth Draft of ICC 500-2014 Available for Public Comments The ICC Consensus Committee on Storm Shelters has developed the fourth public comments draft of the ICC 500-2014 Standard for the Design and Construction of Storm Shelters.
