| Orange Empire Chapter Meets in New ICC Western Regional Office |
 |
| The Orange Empire Chapter of ICC held its latest training event in ICC's new Western Regional Office located in Brea, Calif. More than 50 Chapter members attended the meeting, which focused on geotechnical reports. The presenter, James Lancaster, who is a licensed geologist in California, explained the laws governing soil and geologic reports. Lancaster is on contract with several small jurisdictions that cannot afford to have a geologist on staff.
