Newly-elected ICC Board member Cindy Davis attended the Pennsylvania Building Officials Conference 2008 Annual Conference on October 22-24 in Williamsport along with Government Relations Senior Regional Manager Roland Hall. Virginia Building and Code Officials Association (VBCOA) and Virginia Plumbing & Mechanical Inspectors Association held a joint 2008 Conference in Wytheville on October 25-29. ICC Board member Bill Dupler and Director of External Relations Justin Wiley were in attendance. During the event, Dupler addressed the assembly, met with the chapter’s Board and installed new officers.
