ICC-ES Welcomes New Staff

ICC-ES has recently welcomed four new staff members to its business office in Whittier, California. Casey Thomas, who moved in 2009 from Connecticut to southern California, is now Executive Assistant to the ICC-ES president, Mark Johnson. Casey studied politics and English at McGill University, in Montreal, and most recently worked for a financial-services firm.

Maria Reyes is another member of the administrative staff, and studied marketing at Orange Coast College, in Costa Mesa, California. Maria has been an administrative assistant and coordinated activities for a civil-engineering consulting group.

Eric Stensrud and Jason Wagner have joined the ICC-ES technical staff, as product evaluation specialists. Eric has an engineering degree from Washington State University, and most recently was a project manager in the Seattle area for the home-builder Murray Franklyn. Jason, a mechanical engineer trained at Columbia University, had to move from New York City to join the ICC-ES staff. Jason is an expert on concrete anchors, and worked previously for Powers Fasteners as director of product development.

With high hopes for their success, ICC-ES welcomes its new staff members.
