As part of our commitment to respond to the needs of current and future ICC-ES customers while maintaining the quality and technical excellence, I would like to take a moment to share with you some of the initiatives that have been introduced during the past several months. |

We have also reviewed our evaluation process and made changes to remove redundant steps to move all evaluations more quickly from application to publication, and are in the process of implementing a new customer relations management system, allowing us to provide enhanced customer service. And finally, we are proud to announce a new working partnership with APA—The Engineered Wood Association through which we can now offer joint reports for engineered wood products. This program is another example of our ability to partner with industry to bring innovative products to the marketplace in a safe and expeditious manner. ICC-ES is committed to providing manufacturers with outstanding customer service while continuing to improve the speed of our operations.
