New Members Selected to Serve on ICC-ES Evaluation Committee

Three new members have been appointed to the ICC-ES Evaluation Committee.

Randall Childers, C.B.O., who served on the committee from 2005–2009, has been appointed chair. Childers has worked for the City of Waco, Texas, since 1988. He is currently the building official for the city's Inspection Services Department. His professional activities include service as chairman of the ICC Region X Coalition from 2004–2006, a current member of the Texas Industrialized Building Code Council, and a member and former committee chair on the International Property Maintenance Code Committee. He is an active member of the Building Officials Association of Texas, who served as a board member, vice president and president.













Robert Salvaggio, CFPS, has been the assistant fire code official of Collier County, Fla., for the past 15 years. Salvaggio holds Florida Fire Safety Inspector I and II certifications as well as ICC certification as a building code official. He holds certifications as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist and Certified Plans Examiner.
















David Session, Jr., has been with the city of Dallas for 25 years, serving since 1999 as chief building code administrator. He previously held the position of manager of the Commercial Plans Review section. He is responsible for the process of adoption of the Dallas Code Chapter on the Administrative Provisions to the Construction Codes, adoption of multiple International Codes and the ICC/NSSA Standard for the Design and Construction of Storm Shelters.
