International Accreditation Service customers will now benefit from being able to manage accreditation transactions and communicate with IAS about their accreditation through a secured online customer portal connected to the IAS website. International Accreditation Service Senior Vice President Raj Nathan said, "Providing a better customer service experience is our goal at IAS. The portal is one more way that IAS is working to provide the very best service for our customers."

Customers and potential customer will be able to use the portal. This milestone in IAS accreditation services allows for quotes to be requested and received via online portal. Additionally, customers can apply online and make payments against all outstanding fees. This new system allows for IAS customer's various contacts (billing, legal and technical) to track the specific information related to their accreditation. Also, the new apply online feature for applications and quotes eliminates data entry for IAS staff benefiting, which frees up staff address other issues related to accreditation. All notices, invoices and payment related information will be automated using a direct connection between our portal, internal software and the bank. This will streamline the payment process and will make chasing emails a thing of the past.

The IAS customer portal is accessible from the IAS website. To gain access to the portal, click on "Portal Log In" in the top left corner of the website. IAS encourages you to log in and tour the new features. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
