Access in-person and online training
with ICC's Preferred Provider Program.

Developed to provide an easily accessible network of extensive training opportunities for ICC Members, customers and others in the building construction industry, ICC's Preferred Providers now offer in-person training in 21 states and more than 40 online training courses are available to anyone with an Internet connection. Search the course schedule by type of training, course specialty, city or state. Available training topics include accessibility, administration, building, electrical, energy, fire, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, sitework and sustainability.

The goal of the Preferred Provider Program is to raise the quality and increase the opportunities in training, along with providing an effective means to earn CEUs for renewal of ICC Certifications. Beginning January 2015, 20 percent of the CEUs for certification renewal are required to be earned from training by an ICC Preferred Provider or by ICC.

ICC is currently accepting applications from new providers and new courses are added frequently. Preferred providers can be ICC Chapters, governmental units or agencies (including municipalities, county, state and other jurisdictional units or agencies), nonprofits (e.g., associations, public education institutions and similar nonprofit organizations), educators or industry entities (Product manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and others related to the industry).
