Learn from the experts at the next Residential Institute.
 
 
ICC will host its next Residential Institute Sept. 14 in Atlanta, Ga. Attendees will learn from nationally recognized code administration educators on how to perform effective and efficient residential building, mechanical, plumbing and electrical inspections in accordance with the 2012 International Residential Code. Attendees will be able to interact with professional instructors, gain valuable insight, share experiences, network with their peers, and earn CEUs, LUs, and HSW credit.

Courses will include:

     • Performing Residential Building Inspections — 12 hours
     • Performing Residential Plumbing Inspections — 6 hours
     • Performing Residential Mechanical Inspections — 6 hours
     • Performing Residential Electrical Inspections — 6 hours

"I enjoyed the courses throughout the week," said Randy J. Law, CBO, who attended the most recent Residential Institute in March. "It was great to see designers, home builders, contractors, new inspectors, seasoned inspectors all attending the same classes."
