Mike Pfeiffer, current Deputy Senior Vice President of Technical Services, will assume Frost's position when he retires at the end of the year. "Tom's professionalism has been admired and respected by many, particularly his continued focus on the future needs of the Technical Services division," Sims continued. "I have every confidence that Mike and the rest of our technical staff will continue the high standards of quality, professionalism and support for ICC Members that Tom established."

Added Frost: "I look forward to turning the reins over to Mike Pfeiffer, who is probably the most qualified person I know for the task."
