| The Southern California Fire Prevention Officers Chapter met this month at ICC's Western Regional Office in Brea, Calif. The meeting was opened by Chapter President Julie Frasure.
Board of Directors Member Jay Elbettar provided the group with an update on ICC's current activities. IAS President Chuck Ramani and Accreditation Officer Kellee Ferndanez delivered a presentation about the IAS Fire Prevention and Life Safety Department Accreditation Program. Hamid Naderi, ICC Senior Vice President of Product Development, provided an overview of ICC's Preferred Provider Program.
In conclusion, ICC Certification Program Manager Doug Hatch provided information about ICC Fire Certifications. Lee Clifton with Government Relations worked with the Chapter to facilitate the meeting that was attended by approximately 50 Members.
