| The Southern Nevada Chapter of ICC conducted its annual awards and installation banquet earlier this month in Las Vegas. ICC Board of Directors President Guy Tomberlin, Board Member Jay Elbettar, and Government Relations Liaison Dave Nichols joined about 70 Chapter Members for a special sit-down, carving station dinner to celebrate the Chapter's achievements during 2014 and recognize the significant contributions made by the Chapter's volunteers, committees and officers during the year. The continued success of EduCode International, the Chapter's signature annual training institute since 1998, was highlighted and emphasized by Tomberlin in his keynote address to attendees as a very worthwhile and noteworthy effort to help increase professionalism and attract the new generation to the building construction and code administration arena.
