About the Instructor
The Building & Fire Official of Clark County, Nevada's Department of Building & Fire, Lynn was the 2012 recipient of the Ronald H. Brown Standards Leadership Award, and has been recognized by the U.S. Congress for contributions to the building safety community as well as received a U.S. Senate Commendation for his commitment to building safety, energy conservation and emergency response. He has served as a local officer for the American Concrete Institute, American Society of Nondestructive Testing, American Welding Society, Geology Society of America, National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials, and the Southern Nevada chapter of ICC. He is also the current chairman of the Nevada Earthquake Safety Council and member of the Nevada Organization of Officials.
