Sign up for the free National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) ICC-sponsored webinar on Significant Changes to the 2018 Edition of the International Residential Code (IRC). The live webinar, to be held May 25 from 2:00–3:00 p.m. Eastern (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Pacific, 1:00-2:00 p.m. Central), will focus particularly on the energy provisions of Chapter 11 of the IRC. The discussion will identify regional code changes that may significantly impact construction, gain insight into how code changes are proposed and adopted for the IRC, and discuss how codes are adopted and amended at the state and local level.

NAHB speakers include Gary Ehrlich, director, and Dan Buuck, senior program manager, both with NAHB's Codes and Standards group. NAHB is an ICC Preferred Education Provider offering training that will qualify for ICC certification renewals (ICC 0.1 CEU). In addition to ICC certification renewal, the webinar counts as 1.0 contact hour of continuing education credit for the following 12 designations: CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CMP, CSP, GMB, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP, MIRM.
