Let's Enforce and Not Reinvent the Wheel Code Council CEO Richard P. Weiland urged enforcement of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) in a letter to the New York Times that was published on Friday. Weiland’s letter was in response to an article that failed to mention the existence of the IECC, but did advocate a national building code as a key for getting greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption under control. more>> |
