  • Track 1: Leadership Institute. Industry experts and published authors, David Rabiner and Ron Lynn anchor this track with training that has helped audiences become better leaders, perform at a higher level, and create stronger teams and organizations. Both have a common-sense approach and real-world examples to help leaders motivate employees and move them to productive performance. David has spoken in front of several audiences with rave reviews, AAA stated, "After your presentation and allowing my head to clear and the tears from all the laughter to dry, I found myself recounting segments of what you had just given us and, to my surprise, I realized I had some changing to do! The manner in which you got us to listen by way of a very large dose of side-splitting humor, giving us time to slightly recover and then reeling us in with an even larger does of reality (making your point) was perfect. I can't thank you enough for the opportunity you provided to get in touch with a part of me I never thought needed adjustment." Ron Lyn is known for his dynamic presentation approach and targeted problem solving and finesse to settle the most intensely driven political situations. ICC's own Tracy Lendi delivers a high-energy, tactical presentation that provides the skills necessary to not only help leaders manage the most reluctant employees in the face of change, but secure them as positive change agents. This track provides a complimentary copy of David Rabiner's publication Manage Yourself First.
