FAQ’s

1. What are the deadlines for registering for the conference?

The deadline for Early Bird Registration is September 9, 2016. After that date the rates will increase.

2. How do I modify or cancel my registration?

Changes or cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to 708-799-2307 or sent via email to conference@iccsafe.org.

Cancellations received prior to September 23 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between September 23 – October 7 will be refunded, less a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations received after October 7 will not be eligible for a refund.

3. I work for more than one jurisdiction; which Member number do I register with?

The Member number is used to verify voting rights. Register with the jurisdiction for whom you are the designated voter.

If you are a designated voter for more than one jurisdiction, it is recommended that you register with the one who is underwriting any or all of your conference expenses.

4. If I do not know if my particular jurisdiction is a Member, who do I contact to check membership status?

To verify that your jurisdiction or company is an ICC Member, please contact ICC Membership Services at 888-ICC-SAFE (888-422-7233), ext 33804.

5. My voting status is incorrect – who do I contact to have that changed?

To verify or change your voting status, please contact ICC Membership Services at 888-ICC-SAFE (888-422-7233), ext 33804.

6. How do I register my companion after I finished my registration?

Contact conference@iccsafe.org to add a companion or event ticket.

7. Can I buy individual event tickets and/or companion tour tickets?

Yes, separate event tickets are now available to purchase ahead of time or at the registration desk onsite.

8. How do I make hotel reservations?

Please visit the Hotel/Travel tab on the conference website to make your hotel reservations.

9. How many CEU's are available per education session and is my state/agency approved?

10. Is there a cost to attend the Public Comment Hearing?

There is no fee to attend the hearings. ICC does request you register in advance so that we may verify your voting status.

11. I am a Chapter President and I already registered. How do I get a refund for my registration?

In order to get a refund, please contact Jessica Franklin at conference@iccsafe.org.

12. Who do I contact regarding sponsorships?
