Tour 1—Springs Preserve, Botanical Garden Tour with Lunch  |  9 am – 1:30 pm

Guests will begin their tour with a photo opportunity at the famed “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign”. The tour will continue on to The Springs Preserve in Southern Nevada, owned by the Las Vegas Valley Water District, consists of 180 acres and includes interactive science and nature exhibits, a botanical garden, hiking trails and live animal shows.

The botanical gardens encompass (7) acres of springs preserve, with thousands of Mojave Desert and desert-adapted plants.

The Preserve's collection received the Award for Garden Excellence from Horticulture Magazine and was named one of the "Top 10 North American Gardens Worth Traveling For" at the Garden Tourism Awards. Located both at the west end of Cactus Alley and across the preserve’s existing hiking trails, the signature Mojave Cactus and Succulent Collection is a nationally accredited, comprehensive display of Mojave Desert cactus and succulents. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the garden and learn more about the plants, their history and even their preservation!

Lunch will be served at the Springs Preserve. Closed-toe comfortable walking shoes are required, and hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

Tour 2—Red Rock Canyon with Boxed Lunch  |  7:45 am – 1 pm

Guests will begin their tour with a photo opportunity at the famed “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign”. After a quick ride from your Las Vegas hotel you’ll be ready to explore Red Rock Canyon. The stunning landscape has served as the backdrop for dozens of films and your guide will share more insight into the park’s place in film history.

Part of the Keystone Thrust, the Wilson Cliffs are 3,000 feet high and are a popular hiking and climbing destination. Thousands of years ago, Wilson Cliffs’ towering walls were the perfect canvas for tribal artwork. Your Certified Interpretive Guide will explain the meaning and history of these ancient pictographs.

Awaiting you near the end of your tour, the Calico Hills are truly a grand finale. These rock formations are ancient sand dunes with fossils of animals and plants preserved within their layers. Depending on the time of day, you’ll see why these hills are named “Calico;” a kaleidoscope of pinks, reds and oranges shift with the changing light.

Before ending your incredible day, take the paved trail up to Red Rock Overlook. You’ll see all the landmarks from your tour at once and leave with incredible photos and memories of your beautiful Southwest adventure. Box Lunch will be served on the tour.
