ICC Member William "Bill" Farnsworth Jr. has overseen for the past two decades, the construction of thousands of projects in Northborough as the town's Inspector of Buildings and Zoning Enforcement Officer. Growing up in Shirley, Mass., he got "hands-on" experience watching his father work as a carpenter. He served three years in the Navy as a Seabee working in a mobile construction battalion. Prior to coming to Northborough, he had worked as a Building Inspector elsewhere and owned a construction company.
