CBCAG Act Picked up in House and Senate during Building Safety Week Activities U.S. Representative Dennis Moore (D-KS) and Senators Mel Martinez (R-FL) and Mary Landrieu (D-LA) re-introduced the Community Building Code Administration Grant (CBCAG) Act in both the House and Senate on Capitol Hill Day, which was part of the International Code Council's Building Safety Week activities in Washington, D.C. The Act establishes a competitive grant program within the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to help local governments with building code enforcement, property maintenance and security. more>> |
